    1. 1. Pre-Investment

      Systematically defining risks and returns by country, sector, fund, and investment type and establishing tailored investment guildines that alight with the specific nature of each risk, this structured approach ensures that investment strategies are precisely adapted to varying risk/return profiles, enhancing decision-making and optimizing performance outcomes.

    2. 2. Investment Process

      An investment decision-making process includes a two-stage review process: an initial review by the Preliminary Investment Committee, a unanimous team of senior managers, followed by a secondary review by the Final Investment Committee, composed of division heads. Each committee conducts a comprehensive risk assessment from varying perspectives, and the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) holds veto power in the Final Investment Committee, ensuring effective risk management.

    3. 3. Asset Management Post-Investment

      Our risk indicators detect early warning signs of potential distress and conduct monthly monitoring for all investments. Through this, we assess the risk level of each investment and report the results to management and the Risk Management Committee. In case of issues, we implement a phased management rating system for focused supervision, minimizing potential risks and ensuring the stability of our investments.
